OK. Cold.

My heater isn't working. The temperature outside is 29. This is cold for Oregon, and I defy ANYONE to turn off their heat for 3 days and tell me 29 isn't cold.

Oh crap...and I have to work OUTSIDE in this tomorrow. Maybe it's toasty warm here in this apartment...!

Somehow I went and finished a sock. Which means I must have started it before I finished something else. How odd. How unlike me. How did that happen? :o)

I'm finished with Skein #2 on the Multidirectional Scarf. I was wearing it while knitting it last night to keep warm...and I rewound part of the skein to get the colors where I wanted them, so: YARN PORN!

Isn't it pretty? And look: SUNLIGHT!

We have sunlight here - but it's flippin' COLD. At least today it's +6F - yesterday the high was -6F. Brrrr.

I hope your heat is going to get fixed soon?! Time to start baking!

What yarn did you use for that sock? I like it.

Yarn used for sock = Nashua Wooly stripes. Heavy worsted weight and very fun to knit with. :o)

I love the sock - and the yarn is soooo pretty - just like a little flower...

I know cold is bad. I know I don't like cold, but I'd love some snow - none here this year - despite promises of a really cold winter.

That sock is BEAUTIFUL!!! Are they for LISA? I love that yarn... gotta get me some... where did you get it? Well, I have caught the stupid cold thing that's going around and am not so happy about it. I'm sitting here with a pounded headache and a sore throat and stuffy nose while my fam is at church. Oh well... give me a call later. Love you girl!!!
